Making A Purchase Please enter your daytime contact telephone number (preferably a landline) and email address on the page where you enter Card Holder Address details. We may use these details if we need to contact you should there be a query when processing your order. If you do not enter these details we may not be able to process your order.

Back Orders If one or more of your selected items is not in stock, we may deliver a part order with the out of stock item to follow. Alternatively, we can hold your full order until the out of stock item becomes available. In all cases, we will contact you to confirm your requirements.
Tax Charges All orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. VAT also applies to orders delivered into VAT Fiscal Territory. However, if you order from a VAT exempt country, but your goods are delivered into the UK or other EU Member state, VAT is charged, and you can request a VAT Claim form with your order, which will allow you to reclaim any VAT paid, on your departure from the UK, less administration charge of £12.50. All other orders are VAT exempt.
Credit Card Security All credit card information is sent and received securely within the shop. The shop uses SSL which is a secure server and information cannot be viewed by third parties.
Warranty
The Cleo 'Q' and Cleo 'Q' Discreet Systems come with a standard 12 Month manufacturers Warranty which covers all electrical component parts of the system for repair / replacement should a fault develop. This does not cover accidental or deliberate damage. Consumable items are not included in the warranty.Consumables = leads, pads, lotions
Cleo ACTIVE is covered by a 3 month manufacturers warranty, again for all electrical component parts of the system.
