Important Security Notice: There has been a recent increase in internet credit card fraud, therefore in order to protect both the cardholder and our company we regret we cannot ship a Cleo system if you have not bought from us previously or if you are unable to validate your identity (for this we require proof of ID, which can be faxed to us on 01132597016 or emailed to websales@kayco.co.uk) In the event that you are unable to provide ID authentication, we will write to the cardholder address for a signature of authorisation to deliver to an alternative address. In all other cases, your order will be held for 10 days before we can despatch. We regret any inconvenience this may cause our customers but hope you appreciate our efforts to protect you against potential fraud. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Mainland UK Cleo Q System Orders on a standard delivery service are sent by courier (Initial City Link) on an all day appointment and delivery can be anytime between 8.30am-5.30pm Monday - Friday. You can choose a pre 12 delivery which carries an additional charge. You are able to specify your preferred delivery date when you place your order and we will ensure your goods reach you on the requested date. If for any reason we are unable to deliver on the requested date we will contact you. We are unable to deliver Systems to PO Box numbers/Apertido addresses for insurance reasons. A full postal address & daytime telephone number is required for delivery. PLEASE NOTE: Unsuccessful Deliveries Offshore UK Q System Orders will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery Overseas Orders are sent Royal Mail International Signed for which is a trackable insured service All Other Orders Please note that in certain circumstances we may send goods recorded delivery at our discretion regardless of the shipping option selected. Special Delivery is available to UK addresses only and is a guaranteed next day delivery, however Royal Mail do not guarantee saturday deliveries for orders sent using this service on Fridays. Claims For Goods Not Recived: In the rare event of your parcel not being delivered, we will do everything we can to track the item with our carrier. However, please note that Royal Mail will not investigate a claim until 15 working days after the posting date. If after this time you still have not received your goods, then we will send you a self declaration form which must be signed and returned before we can release a replacement order.
