PLEASE NOTE: If you have not previously bought from us & require delivery to an alternative address, we are unable to provide this service without obtaining written confirmation. In order to protect the cardholder against potential fraud we will write to the cardholder's registered address to obtain a signature to authorise delivery to an alternative address. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience but hope you appreciate this is a security measure.
Shipping & Handling All orders are subject to postage & packing charges either standard or overnight(where available).
For orders outside of Mainland UK (inc: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & all other Offshore addresses, eg. any address containing Isle of...)please select correct region & shipping method to avoid delays in processing.
We are unable to deliver Systems to PO Box numbers/Apertido addresses for insurance reasons. A full postal address & telephone number is required for delivery.
Delivery Schedule Please specify a preferred date (Monday-Friday)when you would like your CLEO System order to be delivered, when someone will be available at the premises to sign for the parcel. Mainland UK System orders on a standard delivery service are sent by Initial City Link couriers, and delivery can be anytime between 8.30am-5.30pm Monday - Friday.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific time unless you request an alternative service, therefore it is an all day appointment. If no-one is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card to advise they have attempted delivery, & your goods will be returned to your local depot. You may contact them directly with your consignment number to re-arrange a suitable delivery date within 7 days or to arrange collection.
PLEASE NOTE: For insurance purposes the courier will not leave a parcel unattended or without a signature.
Please specify your preferred delivery date in "Additional Information/Delivery Instructions" on the 'Checkout - Step 4' page, we will ensure your goods reach you on the requested date. If for any reason we are unable to deliver on the requested date we will contact you.
Specific Timed Delivery Available for UK Mainland System orders ONLY. If you require your parcel to be delivered within a specific time slot, then we are able to offer this service. A surcharge is applied by the courier, and we would need to take extra payment from your card to cover the excess charge. Please specify your requirements in the Additional information / Delivery instructions on the Checkout-Step 4 page if you wish to take this option.Please refer to the list below for costings.
Delivery of sundry items This may take approximately 3-10 days with Royal Mail, although generally we despatch within 1-2 working days.
You may select special delivery for next day service. There is an extra charge for this service. Orders must be placed before 3pm in order for the goods to arrive before 1pm the following day via Royal Mail. If ordering on a Friday, please be aware that although we will despatch your goods on an overnight service Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery on Saturdays. Orders placed over the weekend for Special Delivery will be despatched the following Monday, except Bank Holidays.
